ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to the petitioner's life by considering his representation dated 06.10.2022.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner gave a representation to the respondents 1 to 3 with regard to give police protection to the petitioner's life, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the present petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent 1 to 3 submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2022 is available with the third respondent and they will consider the representation of the petitioner.

4.Recording the same, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2022 on merits and take suitable action in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
