This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the fair and decretal order passed in R.C.O.P.No.543 of 2014 on the file of the XIII Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chenani, dated 10.08.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, who would submit that, as against the order in R.C.O.P.No.543 of 2014, RCA was filed in R.C.A.No.649 of 2018, which was decided against the petitioner. Therefore, as against the said order passed in R.C.A.No.649 of 2018 alone, the present revision has been filed. Therefore, the original impugned order in R.C.O.P.No.543 of 2014, which was filed along with the RCA before the Rent Control Appellate Authority, has been tagged along with the record. Therefore, only a photocopy of the order is filed herewith, hence, he seeks for dispense with . 3.In view of the said reasons, this dispense with petition is ordered.
