This petition is filed to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the restoration petition to restore Crl.A.No.201 of 2018, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 25.04.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the criminal miscellaneous petition stands allowed. Consequently, the delay of 30 days is condoned.
