PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ, Order or Direction directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 31.08.2023 and cancel the forged sale deed documents bearing No.1262 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023 which has been registered by Ganeshan, in favour of Karpaga Sundari before the Sub-Registrar, T.Nagar. The Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 31.08.2023 and to cancel the forged sale deed documents bearing No.1262 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023 which has been registered by Ganeshan, in favour of Karpaga Sundari before the Sub-Registrar, T.Nagar.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner
made a representation on 31.08.2023 before the respondents. But till date, the petitioner has not received any communication from the respondents. Hence the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the official respondents that they will issue notice for enquiry.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to initiate enquiry proceedings and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to all the interested parties within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the abovesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
