Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 7 to restore the petitioner's agricultural land in S.F.No.386/3, A. Vallakundapuram, Virugalpatti Post, Udumalpet Taluk Tiruppur District to its original position and to pay the compensation of Rs.50,000/- towards the mental harassment caused by the official respondents and damages of the crops by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2022 and pass orders. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 7 to restore the petitioner's agricultural land in S.F.No.386/3, A. Vallakundapuram, Virugalpatti Post, Udumalpet Taluk Tiruppur District to its original position and to pay the compensation of Rs.50,000/- towards the mental harassment caused by the official respondents and damages of the crops by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2022 .
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the official respondent. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel 2/6
appearing for either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of the subject property. The grievance of the petitioner that a suit is pending in the subject property and the petitioner has informed the same to the Respondents 3 to 8 by way of a notice, inspite of the same the official respondents had erected a arani vailakkal in the subject property to enable the 8th respondent to fetch canal water. Hence the petitioner informed the said act of the respondents 3 to 8 to the first respondent on 30.09.2022 and sought for a direction to restore the petitioner's land to its original position and also pay Rs.50,000/- under the head damages and mental agony. However, till date petitioner's representation was not considered. Hence, this writ petition is filed with the aforesaid prayer.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2022 and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time fixed by this Court. 3/6
5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2022 will be considered in the manner known to law.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above terms, this present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
