When the matter came up for hearing on 09.01.2023, this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner till 13.02.2023 and directed the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.56 of 2021 before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ponneri, Thiruvallur District within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed the petitioners to deposit the original title deeds worth about Rs.15,00,000/- stands in the name of Kumar/second petitioner herein to the credit of Crime No.56 of 2021 and also directed the second petitioner to file an undertaking affidavit before the trial Court that he will not alienate the properties till the disposal of the proceedings.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioners have not complied the earlier order of this Court and hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Further, the respondent Police is directed to take appropriate steps in the manner known to law.
