When the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned counsel appearing for the respondents placed before this Court, a copy of the proceedings Na.Ka.No.E1/1357/2018, dated 19.11.2024, purported to be an 1/3

order passed in compliance with the order dated 27.06.2024 passed in W.P.No.15216 of 2021. The same is also not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the same, the contempt petition is closed. However, in case, if the petitioner has still got any grievance by virtue of the proceedings dated 19.11.2024, it is open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
