ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider the Petitioners representation dated 07.09.2022 and issue Patta for land situated earlier at Thiruvallur District now Chennai District , Valasaravakkam Village bearing Survey Nos.14/ 3 and 13 /2, No.119, Radha Avenue measuring an extent of 2400 Square Feet.

2. This Court by order dated 27.10.2022, directed the learned Additional Government Pleader to get instructions with regard to the grant of patta in consonance to the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2022, if it is otherwise in order on the next hearing date.

3. Accordingly, this case is listed today under the caption, "for issuance of patta". When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 07.09.2022 is rejected.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
