ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Virudhachalam to dispose the final partition decree in I.A.No.591 of 2017 in O.S.No.460 of 2006.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the plaintiff is the revision petitioner. She has filed a suit for partition in OS.No.460 of 2006. After getting a preliminary decree, the petitioner has preferred an application in I.A.No.591 of 2017 which is pending before the learned Principal District Munsif, Virudhachalam. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the final decree proceedings.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this petition, notice to the respondent is hereby dispensed with. The suit for partition was disputed as on 2016 and the suit for passing of final decree is also pending for the last 8 years.

4. In view of the above, I am inclined to direct the learned Principal District Munsif to expedite the trial in the final decree application and 2/4

dispose of the same on merits in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
