This petition has been filed to relax the imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in the order dated 18.07.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.15821 of 2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, final report is filed and the case is taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.1715 of 2023 on the file of Mahila Court, Dharmapuri.

3.Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on the hearing dates without fail.
