Crl.R.C.No.1599 of 2017 D r.G.JAYACHANDRAN.J., In continuation of the order passed by this Court on 10.03.2022, 16.03.2022 and 28.09.2022, today the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reports that a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- has been transferred to the respondent's account and thereby the order of this Court dated 16.03.2022, recording the compromise, is fully complied with.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent acknowledges the receipt of Rs.1,00,000/- earlier and Rs.3,00,000/- subsequently, totally Rs.4,00,000/- in tune with the compromise.

3. Since a memo, dated 10.10.2022, has also been filed to record the compliance, the compliance of the order is recorded.

Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is closed.
