ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 351(2) and 75 of BNS read with 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No. NOT KNOWN of 2025 on the file of respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the complaint given by the defacto complainant was assigned CSR No.256 of 2025 and petition enquiry is pending.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. If there is any apprehension, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.

5. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
