ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.340 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and the Final Report is ready to be filed before the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, cheyyur. The draft Final Report is also placed before this Court.

3. In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this Criminal Original Petition. If ultimately, the concerned Court takes cognizance of the Final Report and issues process to the petitioner and the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
