ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.19901 of 2022 dated 03.08.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.19901 of 2022, has been complied with. Liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the respondents, if any, amount is due in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract between the petitioner and the respondent. 2/4
