ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 22.02.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.5701 of 2023, thereby directed the first respondent to confer promotion to the members of the petitioner ie., Assistant Professor Stage II with effect from 07.03.2013 and accordingly the consequential service benefits also can be conferred on them.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed passed by this Court, the first respondent promoted the petitioner and his pay was also fixed notionally with effect from 30.06.2013 by the proceedings dated 16.04.2026. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 16.04.2026, before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
