The Additional Advocate General submitted that as per the directions of the Writ Court, the petitioner was appointed on compassionate ground on 24.03.2025 and he has also joined the services. 2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
