ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to utilize the way/road, which is belongs to the respondent, based on the representation dated 01.06.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 01.06.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
