This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in para "3.Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed on the Petitioner is modified and the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders" of the order passed in Crl.MP.No.10280 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.11673 of 2023 dated 27.07.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the matter is under investigation.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.10280 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.11673 of 2023 dated 27.07.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.
