2. These petitions have been filed by the petitioner to implead the proposed respondents herein as respondents 11 and 12 in the main appeal.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection to allow this petition, since they have purchased the property during the pendency of the proceedings.

4. In view of the above, the petitions are allowed.
