ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.2687/E2.E3/2019 dated 30.08.2019 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue to work as Secondary Grade Teacher in Pallipet Block, Thiruvallur District.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that during the transfer counseling held in the year 2024, the petitioner participated and he expressed his willingness to continue in the same unit and he is not interested in going back to his parent unit for now.
