The petitioner has filed M.P. No. 2 of 2018 in R.C.O.P. No. 1413 of 2017 before the Rent Control Court, which was dismissed on 11.06.2018, as against which, the petitioner seems to have preferred R.C.A. No. 501 of 2018 and the same also was dismissed, as against which, the present revision has been filed. Since fair and decretal order in original, in M.P. No. 2 of 2018 in R.C.O.P. No. 1413 of 2017 have been filed before the Rent Control Court in R.C.A. No. 501 of 2018, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to dispense with the production of the original fair and decretal order passed in M.P. No. 2 of 2018 in R.C.O.P. No. 1413 of 2017. 2.

Considering the said facts seeking dispense with such documents is granted.
