This petition is filed to condone the delay of 14 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Fourth respondent, owner of the vehicle remained ex parte before the Tribunal. Since the appellant / insurance company preferred this appeal questioning the quantum, this Court considers that notice to the fourth respondent is not necessary.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.117685 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order.
