This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to XVII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of I.A.No.7963 of 2010 in O.S.No.5720 of 2006 within the stipulated time.

2. In view of the limited prayer made in the revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the same, even without service of notice to respondents 4 to 7.

3. I.A.No.7963 of 2010 has been filed for passing of final decree by dividing the suit property by metes and bounds. Having regard to the fact, the application is of the year 2010, this Court is inclined to issue direction to XVII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of I.A.No.7963 of 2010 in O.S.No.5720 of 2006 as expeditiously as possible. 2/4

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
