By this application, the Official Liquidator seeks permission to pay a sum of Rs.11,000/- towards professional fee of learned Advocate who represented the Official Liquidator.

2. In support of this application, the Official Liquidator has filed a report stating that the services of learned Advocate were engaged in W.P.Nos.16020 and 16030 of 2021. The writ petitions were disposed of by order dated 26.08.2021 and a copy of the order as well as a copy of the invoice of the learned Advocate are enclosed.

3. In these circumstances, this application is liable to be allowed. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayers (b) and (c) of the Judge's Summons.
