This petition is filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 03.10.2022 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a complaint was given by the petitioner to the respondent police on 03.10.2022 on certain allegations against one Kanimozhi and his son Akash alleging that they abused the petitioner with filthy language and threatened her with dire consequences and caused injuries to her.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the case is taken on file and current paper enquiry is pending.

4. Since the complaint has been given by the petitioner as early as 03.10.2022, the third respondent is directed complete the enquiry and do the needful within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
