The learned Standing Counsel appearing the second respondent-corporation submitted that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner herein was permitted to participate in the interview and was accordingly selected and appointed on 30.03.2017 to the post of Assistant Engineer https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(Mechanical). The petitioner herein has also joined duty on 01.04.2017. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been met, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition.
