Suresh Rajan v. The Union Of India, Rep. By
Crl.M.P.No.14813 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.157 of 2022 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.
AND M.JOTHIRAMAN, J.
The learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, would submit that the bail condition imposed by this Court has been punctually complied with by the petitioner/accused for the past about 2 years.
2. The condition imposed is to appear before the Trial Court once in a month. However, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner/accused is punctually appearing on all hearing dates before the Court.
3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor also endorsed the fact that the petitioner is appearing without any default during all hearing dates before the Trial Court.
4. Considering the fact that since the existing condition has been complied with for about two years, the said condition stands relaxed on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Court during all hearing dates hereafter.
5. With the above modification, this petition is disposed of.
