The petitioner wife seeks a prayer for early disposal of O.P.Nos.4746 of 2021 filed by her for restitution of conjugal rights and O.P.No.3770 of 2021 filed by the respondent husband seeking divorce.

3. The fact that the Family Courts in Chennai are over crowded of common knowledge. Therefore, considering the fact that these proceedings have been initiated only in December 2021, I do not find any urgency to issue a direction for early disposal of the petitions before the Family Court. Accordingly, both these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No costs.
