ORDER

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though the Labour Court, Cuddalore vide its orders dated 22.05.2007 in C.P.No.107/2005 directed the fourth respondent President to pay a sum of Rs.23,350/- towards compensation, till date the said amount has not been paid to him. 2.Ms.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 would contend that they would make the payment as per the orders of the Labour Court, Cuddalore.

3. It is seen from the records that the writ petitioner had submitted a representation dated 12.07.2011 to the fourth respondent to pay the amount as per the orders passed by the Labour Court, Cuddalore and this was not at all considered by the fourth respondent. 2/5

4.In the circumstances, the fourth respondent is directed to make the payment of Rs.23,350/- within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
