Common Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for notice bearing nos.517/2022-23 and 518/2022-23 dated 13.10.2022 quash the same as the same being arbitrary in nature and further direct the respondent to release the conveyance bearing registration Nos.TN38AW1492 and TN28BA4188 along with its transit goods.

COMMON ORDER Since the challenge in these matters is to show cause notices dated 13.10.2022, the petitioner prefers to approach the authority by furnishing replies and being heard on 20.10.2022, as proposed in the impugned notices. Learned counsel for the petitioner thus seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions. He has also made endorsements to this effect.
2. It is made clear that orders shall be passed by the sole respondents within a period of three days from date of hearing that is, 20.10.2022, in accordance with law. Both writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, with the direction as aforesaid. No costs.
