W.P.No.355 of 2022 THE HONOURABLE CHIEF JUSTICE and N.MALA,J Learned counsel appearing for the respondents/Bank submitted that a decision has been taken to refund the amount to the petitioner with interest. In view of the above, nothing would further survive for consideration in this Writ Petition. The respondents / Bank is directed to refund the amount deposited by the petitioner with interest @ 9% within a period of three months from today.
