Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.JAGADISH, Advocate for the petitioner in CMP.No.7772/2017 and of MR.N.C.ASHOK KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in CMP.No.7771/2017 the court made the following order:- In these miscellaneous petitions, only notice through Court as well as privately was ordered on 28.04.2017. Thereafter, the matters have been kept pending till date, without any order. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose would be served in keeping these petitions as pending at this length of time and hence, the petitions are closed.
