O R D E R

[Order of the court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] By order dated 23.10.2019, this Court has granted 15 days leave to the convict. Since the convict is not willing to accept the condition imposed, he has expressed his view that he is not inclined to go out of the prison.

2.In view of the same, the order passed on 23.10.2019 stands recalled. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if so advised.
