This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of order of this Court dated 25.06.2024 passed in W.P.No.4811 of 2024.

Today, when the contempt petition was taken up, Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader by producing a copy of the proceedings made by the Tahsildar, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and the request of the petitioner has been rejected.
