[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] Alleging that the order of this court dated 04.09.2017 made in W.P.No.18141 of 2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that a similar contempt petition has already been closed as one part of the election was over in January, 2020 and the further election will be held shortly after completing the electoral process.

3. Recording the above submission, the contempt petition stands closed. Consequently, connected CMP is also closed.
