2. Even on earlier occasion, the learned counsel for the appellant was not ready and thereby, the matter was listed under the caption 'For dismissal'. However, the learned counsel for the appellant took two more adjournments. Today, again the learned counsel for the appellant seeks short accommodation. This Court is not inclined to grant further time as sought for by the learned counsel for the appellant.
