This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner on 08.01.2022 before the written complaint given in person to the Inspector of Police, K4 Police Station, Anna Nagar (CSR No.25/2022).

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR Number has been assigned in CSR No.25 of 2022 and the petition enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the petition enquiry within a
