effect in accordance with the seniority with all monetary benefits with arrears in the revised scale with interest.

Mr.V.Manisekaran, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had filed a memo dated 09.09.2025 informing that the petitioner has expired and he has no instruction from the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner reports no instructions on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner had deceased on 14.06.2022 and he also produced a copy of the death certificate of the petitioner. 3.Considering the above said submissions and recording the memo dated 09.09.2025, this writ petition is closed as abated.
