This Petition has been filed to recall the order dated 07.08.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2356 of 2022.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the junior counsel inadvertently made a mistake of requesting to withdraw the writ petition, based on which, the writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn on 07.08.2024. Hence, the present petition has been filed to recall the order dated 07.08.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2356 of 2022.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the fact that the writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn based on the submissions and endorsement made by the junior counsel inadvertently, the order passed in W.P.No.2356 of

M.DHANDAPANI, J.

ssb dated 07.08.2024 is recalled and this petition is ordered. Accordingly, W.P.No.2356 of 2022 is restored on file.

4. Post the writ petition on 29.10.2024.
