This application is filed to direct the Official Liquidator to re-adjudicate the claim No.1001/78/2008/AR-IV/Claims by relying upon the affidavits given by the applicant's son namely SM.Arunachalam, SM.Narayanan and SM.Sevugan in respect of the claim amount of Rs.3,19,901/-.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the Deputy Official Liquidator.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that when the adjudication was originally carried out, he was unable to produce the relevant documents. However, he submitted that all the required documents have been obtained now and that therefore, the Official Liquidator should be directed to re-adjudicate the claim.

4.The Deputy Official Liquidator has no objection to carry out such re-adjudication.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the Official Liquidator is directed to re adjudicate the claim No.1001/78/2008/AR-IV/Claims. 27.09.2019 uma http://www.judis.nic.in
