This Sub-application has been filed to reopen the above contempt petition which was closed on 06.06.2024 by stating that the order has been complied only partially.

2. In fact, in the order passed in W.P.No.3702 of 2021, a direction has been given to consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and pass orders. If the petitioner would have got aggrieved that the order passed is not a positive one, it does not warrant a contempt petition to be reopened again. In fact, it is made clear in the order passed in the contempt petition on 06.06.2024 that the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the proceedings of the respondent dated 16.05.2024, in case she is aggrieved.

3. In view of the above stated reasons, this Sub-Application is dismissed.
