This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioners on 22.05.2019 and to issue Patta in the name of the petitioners.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the 3rd respondent has already taken cognizance of the representation made by the petitioners and orders will be passed shortly.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to pass orders strictly in accordance with law on the representation made by the petitioners on 22.05.2019, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
