JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.Suresh Kumar J.) This intra Court appeal has been directed against the interim order passed by the Writ Court dated 08.08.2022 made in W.P.No.23108 of 2023.

2. When this writ appeal was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the very writ petition itself ie., W.P.No.23108 of 2023 came to be dismissed, of course for non-prosecution by the order of the Writ Court dated 12.08.2025 and the extract of case status from the website of the High Court has been produced before us by the learned counsel for the appellant in support of his contention.
