O R D E R

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, an enquiry was conducted pursuant to the notice dated 27.06.2014 and an order of eviction was passed against the writ petitioner.

2. Eviction was carried out by the Commissioner, Ariyankuppam Commune Panchayat vide order dated 13.01.2015 and the super-structure built by the petitioner was removed by the competent authority, and the subject property is now with the possession of the Government.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner was evicted from the premises, which is the subject matter of the impugned notice, no further adjudication needs to be under taken in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. More so, no writ against a notice is entertainable.

4. With these observations, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 16.03.2023 Jeni Index : Yes Speaking order To 1.The Deputy Collector (Revenue) North Department of Revenue, Pillaithottam, Government of Puducherry, Puducherry.
