This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to register the FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 14.08.2022. 1/4

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that CSR has been issued for the petition filed by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.548 of 2022 dated 16.08.2022 against her father and brother and enquiry is being done on the same.

In view of the same, the respondent police has to conduct enquiry and allow the petitioner to know the result of his enquiry. It is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law depending upon the result of the enquiry.

With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
