V.Ramesh v. The Commissioner Of Police,
Crl.O.P.No.25369 of 2019 M.S.RAMESH, J., The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the occurrence which had taken place, he was brutally assaulted with weapons by two persons, whereas the third respondent herein had registered an FIR, as a hit and run accident case.
2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the complaint was fabricated by the respondents 4 & 5 by filling up certain blank sheets, which was obtained by the Police. It is also seen that the petitioner's husband sustained grevious injuries from the incident and was hospitalized for a considerable time.
3. In this background, the petitioner seeks for direction to initiate action against the concerned Police Officials attached to Gudimangalam Police Station. Since the allegations made by the petitioner raises certain some serious concern, the Superintendent of Police, Tiruppur District is called upon to conduct a preliminary enquiry on the averments made by the petitioner in his affidavit, http://www.judis.nic.in

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor shall instruct the respondents 3 to 5 to be personally present before this Court along with relevant Registers and CD files.
