These petitions have been filed to amend the offences under Sections 296(b), 126(2), 118(1) of BNS instead of offences under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) IPC and also to extend the time of order in the order dated 26.07.2024 passed in Crl. O.P.

No.17626 of 2024 2.

Considering the submissions putforth on either side the amendment petition is ordered.

3. Considering the fact that petitioners have filed amendment petition, hence, this Court is inclined to extent the time of order made in Crl.O.P.No.17626 of 2024 dated 26.07.2024 for another one month.
