ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the criminal case pending against the petitioners for the alleged offence under Sections 417, 376, 406, 420, 506(i), 294(b) and 109 of IPC.

2. Since the first petitioner herein has been arrayed as first accused in the case of cheating the defacto complainant by having sexual intercourse promising to marry her, later failed to marry and threatened and the case of the defacto complainant is that she was impregnated by the first accused who is none other than the brother of the second accused, this petition is dismissed. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
