PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to complete the investigation and file a final report in connection with Crime No.200 / 2021 dated 29.03.2021 registered for offences under Sections 420 and 120(B) IPC.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to complete the investigation and file a final report in connection with Crime No.200 / 2021 dated 29.03.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent Police.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent Police has registered a case in the abovesaid Crime No.200 on 29.03.2021 no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent Police shall file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
