This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to respondent to complete the enquiry and to register the petitioner's complaint dated 24.10.2019.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that so far no complaint has been received from the petitioner and no complaint is pending on the file of the respondent till now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint before the jurisdictional police.
